At True North EXPEDITION Summer Camp, located in Peninsula, OH, we believe in providing a fun and safe environment where children can EXPLORE, EXPERIMENT, PLAY, ENGINEER, DISCOVER, IMAGINE, THRIVE, INNOVATE, be OUTDOORS in NATURE to grow, and make lasting memories. Our programs are designed to foster creativity, build self-confidence, and promote teamwork and leadership skills.

Why us?

Born from a mom's desire to provide a unique experience, we have a strong passion to create an enriching place in nature for kids to thrive. In a world dominated by screens and a sedentary lifestyle, our camp aims to break this cycle for kids to be kids. We aim to inspire curiosity and grow a greater appreciation for life, while meeting each child where they are at. Together, we can create strong and compassionate leaders of the future.

Weekdays from 9:00am to 3:30pm

*Younger/Older Siblings can be approved on a case-by-case basis

$300 per week per child before April 1st

$350 per week per child beginning April 3rd

Campers become young inventors in the great outdoors! They will build shelters, design tools, and solve engineering challenges. Each day is an exciting mission where campers test materials, explore simple machines, and experiment with motion and structure all while learning, playing, and discovering the great outdoors! By the end of the week, they will showcase their inventions in the Great Inventor Challenge, celebrating creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Perfect for campers who love building, experimenting, and exploring nature!

 Campers become junior detectives on a week-long scavenger hunt across the local National Park! They’ll explore trails, creeks, forests, and meadows, complete hands-on nature investigations, and earn hidden letters to solve a mysterious message about protecting park life. Every day is a new mission, full of discoveries, teamwork, and outdoor adventure!

Campers will become Wilderness Survivors as they explore Cuyahoga Valley National Park, learning real outdoor skills like building shelters, navigating trails, and solving survival-style challenges. Each day features hands-on missions, teamwork games, and problem-solving adventures

 This week, campers become Time Travelers as they explore how the land, water, plants, and rocks of the park have changed over time.Campers will dig into hands-on geology experiments, create layered soil jars, examine rocks and fossils, and model erosion and glaciers to see how the land was shaped. On hikes through the park, they’ll look
